When we see only black clouds, only negative news the world over, in our lives, it's time to take a timeout to check ourselves. 

Always remember another person or words said do not determan your value, often expose other peoples own fears and self.  

I love posting about kindness because at the end of the day, doing and share just a bit of kindness has the greatest reward of all for everyone !
