To me the best way to leave worry, regret and yesterday behind is living for today, living and doing for others I am convinced this is the best way to over come depression and so many other personal ill's in our lives. Lucky people with good thoughts, do it because they love people and life.
Their well always be people and children with real needs, hardships, needs that should be filled by those who can. Meeting and do your part with loving kindness and selfless effort is not only the right thing to do but gives the greatest reward you ever felt, the more personal, with hands on, the greater the joy.
Remember: Happiness is Oh so simple, that a Thankful heart is the beginning of wisdom, that effort is especial for everything worthwhile in life.
