Thoughts on Health to Hold

We end the first week of the new year most with information and thoughts about our over all health and foods. Of course we know most these things. However it's how much,  what, and how fast we eat is whats far more important then the hard workout and run sometimes because we eat 3 times 365 day each year. In January 2014 we started with the same topics because without our health, everything else is second. 

Remember: Happiness is Oh so simple, that a Thankful heart is the beginning of wisdom, that effort in life is essential for anything worthwhile in life.
