I've shown this one before but it is an American saying, so true and so needed to be understood !

It is important to take nothing personal and understand when people are not so nice, say stupid and hurtful things they our only reflecting how they feel themselves inside or are as people. 

It is individual people that stand up and do things to better themselves, the community they live in and so the world.
