Personal Announcement Good !

  My operation was 4 ½ hrs on 11 June, hospital 3 full days, moved to rehab for 5 days and after meet all requirements to live independent gratulated from rehab and tonight home to complete my recovery with my next progress report when I can demo-state touching the ground flatted handed expected by Friday. 

In other words Doctor Craig Swensen of La Jolla did a marvelous and professional job of the double by lateral knee replacement.

This is possible for anyone with a little bit of effort and a very practical eating and exercises program at a cost of $7.95 in print or e-book for $2.99 at Amazon books, under the title, Apple Products or world wide on Smasword also tile and authors name Richard L Iverson. 

I have broken all known records toward recovery and encourage anyone that has such an operation in the future get my book and take it to heart. Medial staples to be removed about the 25 June, and the rest is history, I'm so happy to have lived to this point in history, how cool is this. 

I will be concentrate on recovery and then publishing my big Book Vi-Dan USA (For the People) Thanks to all my supporters and until later up-dated you take good care.
