Truth

To always tell the truth is such a simple way to live, can become a habit impossible to bend. This has been my down fall and my blessing for many years, it was late in life I learned it did not mean you had to tell everyone, everything. But untruth event so small is such a waste of time and harmful. You truly are free to just be yourself, I so much recommend it to all, it's one of our personal choose !
