The first step in having a truly great life is to be responsible for your body and health. Somehow or way find the ability to have the self control and discipline to take care of your body because it is your greatest gift in life. It means spending time to learn at a time when so much can be known but don't go by someone else's opinion, you live in and with your own body, know your body and use your own logic first based on real scientific knowledge.
It's only natural when you take this point seriously, other aspects of your body like your mind and spirit will become important also, like your body what you feed it will shape it also. I will end this with one truly important point. Walk anywhere outside and observe the world and life, sometimes simply breath and enjoy nature, I know of no other advice better for anyone.
