For me joy and challenges of the heart in the new year, these postings remarkably fills my feelings for two of the extraordinary women that have been part of my life.
My Dear niece after a long struggle of living with MS once again struggles for life. My Dear wife of 44 years this weekend able to see the rewards of her effort and love to give hope to those with little. In both lives these post well describes how they both approached, do and have long lived their lives.
Remember Happiness is Oh so simple, that a Grateful heart is the beginning of wisdom, that effort in life is essential for all that good.
Born on a farm in Iowa, lived the American dream.
US Marine Corp. Medical Retired in 1967. Returning to Vietnam 1969 to 1975 as a civilian, worked in the evacuation of Vietnam April in 1975.
Lived in Iran for 2 years, departing after the revolution.
Worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years for Saudi Aramco, 1979 to 1999. Early Retirement.
Worked for a USA oil drilling company Transocean drilling medical retirement in 2006.
Married to a beautiful special lady from Vietnam for 43 years.
In 2008 I started to write a book, drawing on what I have learned, saw and lived in my life. I hope to help others to think of our world with just a bit more depth with a little more honesty - understanding. I believe all have something to share, this is why I Write.
