If your thinking about the replacement of anything, first prepare for it, its your life. No one would run a race and not prepare for it, this book is for a new way to live, look at food and exercise without killing your self, strong and good advice with you making many of the chooses. 

Until 1 July I'm sign off the future looks clear to me now, as described before work will go forward as fast as I can.
